Terms and
Conditions

Definitions:

a. "We", "us", and "our" refers to the cleaning company.

b. "You" and "your" refers to the client.

c. "Services" refers to the cleaning services we provide to you.

Services:

a. We will provide the services to you as agreed upon in writing or as discussed and confirmed by phone or email.

b. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, illness, or transportation issues.

Payment:

a. Payment for the services rendered shall be made in full on or before the scheduled cleaning date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. c. In the event that payment is not received, we reserve the right to withhold or terminate services until payment is made.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

b. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of services.

Liability and Insurance:

a. We carry liability insurance for the protection of our clients and our company.

b. In the event of any damage or loss caused by our staff, we will make every effort to repair or replace the damaged or lost item(s) to your satisfaction.

c. We will not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from any third-party contractors or vendors.

Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the services at any time with written notice.

b. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding balances owed for services rendered.

Confidentiality:

a. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and any other sensitive information related to your home or business.

b. We will not disclose any information to any third-party without your consent, except as required by law.

Health and Safety:

a. We will make every effort to maintain a safe and healthy environment while providing our services.

b. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that our staff is at risk of injury or harm.

Indemnification:

a. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

b. This includes any claims made by third parties resulting from any damage, loss, or injury caused by our staff while providing services to you.

Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
