We understand that schedules can change and unexpected events can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the cleaning service.

If you cancel your appointment on the day of the scheduled service, or if our cleaners are unable to gain access to your premises, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the cleaning service.

If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, subject to availability.

If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will reschedule your cleaning appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to any client who has a history of cancelling appointments with little or no notice.
